A Proposed five year strategic management plan for the North Valley College Foundation Inc.

Abstract

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: The purpose of this study was to formulate a five-year strategic management plan for the North Valley College Foundation, Inc. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following questions: 1.What is the profile of NVCFI in terms of enrollment, employees, students and faculty? 2.What are the strengths and weaknesses of the NVCFI? 3.What are the opportunities that are available for the college and the following areas: a.)purposes and objectives b.)faculty c.)instruction d.) library e.) laboratories f.) physical plant g.)student personnel services (SPS) h.)social orientation and community involvement 5.What management strategic plan can be developed based on the result of SWOT and Level Performance of NVCFI?
