dc.description.abstract Objectives: The study seeks to find out if time and event-related factors affect the maintenance of the sterility of solvents. It will answer these questions: (1) What are the sterility levels of the solvents in the uncovered polyampules, covered polyampules and vials without regard to period of exposure? (2) What are the sterility levels of the solvents in the uncovered polyampules, covered polyampules, and vials with regard to their exposure to one-six hours? (3) Are there significant differences onthe sterility levels of the solvents in the uncovered polyampules, covered polyampules, and vials? (4) Is there a significant difference between the sterility levels of the solvents in the uncovered polyampules, covered polyampules, and vials when exposed to one-six hour of storage? (5) Is there a significant interaction between the covering or uncovering of thepolyampules, the use of vials and the time of storage? (6) What are the microorganisms responsible for the contamination of the sample-solvents?
