Knowledge and attitude of female adolescents of Davao City on sexuality and reproductive health

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of Davao City's female adolescents' level of knowledge to the type of attitude towards sexuality and reproductive health as well as how the factors age, curriculum level and locality of residence affect the two mentioned variables. It attempte to answer: (1) What is the level of knowledge of the female adolescents of Davao City towards sexuality and reproduction? (2) What is the prevailing attitude of the female adolescents of Davao City towards sexuality and reproductive health? (3) Is there a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the type of attitude of the female adolescents of Davao City towards sexuality and reproductive health? (4) Is there a significant relationship between the factors age, curriculum level and the locality of residence and the knowledge and attitude of the female adolescents of Davao City towards sexuality and reproductive health?
