The researchers used the frequency distribution formula to answer for statement of the problem to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, number of years serving in the Ateneo de Davao University as a clinical instructor and the number of years' experience before becoming a Clinical Instructor. Chi Square was used to determine the significant difference of the level of competence of the clinical instructors in Ateneo de Davao University school year 2010-2011. Chi Square is a test statistic that measures the deviation of interest on the sampling distribution with behavior that the researchers conducted. Furthermore, the researchers also used T-test (independent sample) which assesses whether the means of two groups are statistically different from each other and used analysis of variance (ANOVA) to provide a statistical test of whether or not the means of several groups are all equal. Based on the data gathered, the researchers led to the conclusion that there was no significant difference on the level of competency of Ateneo de Davao Clinical Instructors when group according to age, gender and length of service and there was a significant difference on the level of competency when grouped according to years of experience.
